I haven't posted for awhile. I just haven't had the time, nor the right words. It's been a rough 3 weeks for me. Many of you know about my Lola and my Ninang.
Thank you soooooooooo much for all the prayers, voice/text messages, and emails. If you have time, please continue to pray for the soul of my Lola, and for my Ninang as well. It's really hard since they don't have much support for cancer patients in PI. Not like they do here in the US, as soon as one is diagnosed they send specialists to speak to him/her. They lay everything out, from different treatments to places they can go to find someone to talk to about they're feelings. But bottomline, my family is going through alot.
My mom was initially having a hard time dealing with it all (both of them are on my mom's side of the family. But day by day gets better for all of us. I see such strength in her. And I know it tearing her up inside, not being able to go to PI and be with her family. But we call everyday and we pray everyday.
