Happy New Year!!!

My mom, dad, and I did the usual.

We bought our 13 fruits for good luck.

Stayed up until midnight to watch the NY celebration on TV.

My mom made sure we all had coins in our pockets

And that we were all wearing polkadots?

And as soon as the countdown was over we yelled and screamed our lungs out

And immediately we opened all the windows to "receive the New Year".

we didn't hang any grapes up this year but it was still sooo much fun!

The archbishop came for the 11am mass!

And I love seeing Mater Dei folk. so much love! so much fun!

Then we had an Adviento party at my Tita Babeth's.

FUN! FUN! FUN!

Good food. Great company. Lots of laughs. Pillow fighting. Mall Madness (it's actually a fun game if you like to shop). and reminiscing!
